摘要: Abstract The long-term utilization of brackish water for irrigation in arid areas will decrease the oxygen content required root growth, leading to deterioration soil environment zone and inhibition plant growth. This study investigated effects oxygenated on physiological characteristics seed germination seedling growth spring wheat. dissolved (DO) 20 mg·l−1 had a significant promotion effect Specifically, at this DO concentration 20 mg·l−1, rate, potential, index, vigor height 23rd day after sowing wheat seeds were significantly higher than those treatment (CK). Furthermore, compared with CK, α-amylase activity was increased. Germination rate could be used as quantitative evaluation index under condition irrigation. According relationship between concentration, maximum 19 mg·l−1. During period, increased contents soluble sugar protein leaves, whereas decreased proline content. Soluble selected electrical conductivity activities alkaline phosphatase nitrate reductase influenced. Thus, oxygenation appropriate effectively improve salt stress caused by These results provide an effective method safe efficient water.
