摘要: Alumina/multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWNT) composites with different MWNT contents ranging from 0.5to10vol% were prepared by spark plasma sintering technique. The dc electrical conductivity and dielectric properties of the investigated percolation theory was applied to demonstrate property transition insulator conductor. experimental results have shown that increased sharply as content MWNTs close threshold 0.79vol%. In low frequency range, constant reached high 5000 when at 1.74vol% nearly independent.
