Expression of myosin heavy chain isoforms in porcine muscles determined by multiplex PCR

摘要: A cDNA sequence of 5′-terminal region myosin heavy chain (MHC) isoform 2x was determined. Based on this and published sequences, the procedure reverse transcription-polymerase reaction (RT-PCR) employing a multiplex PCR technique developed to analyze expression patterns MHC isoforms in porcine muscles. All four postnatal muscles could be analyzed by method showed different according muscle types. The study would very useful elucidate relationships between meat quality composition.
