摘要: Forty-seven children with fractures of the lateral condyle were reviewed, 4 whom treated after a five month delay. The roentgenographic study revealed different types according to degree displacement. Each type corresponded precise anatomical lesions. In treatment recent fractures, we must distinguish between strictly undisplaced which can be immobilized in cast, and other require open reduction internal fixation.
