摘要: In the process of endourological development a great variety foreign bodies have been invented besides urinary catheters on which biofilm can be formed. Bacteria in are less sensible to antibiotics. An additional problem medical biomaterials tract environment is encrustation and consecutive obstruction. this review, we tried sum up conditions where formation has impact or maintenance urological infections treatment success. Modification biomaterial surface seems most promising prevention strategy for bacterial biofilms. Easier methods diagnosing quantifying infection, develop more specific antimicrobial agents ideal device surfaces would surely help fight against formation.
