摘要: The long-term oxidation behaviour of TP347H FG in ultra supercritical steam conditions was assessed by exposing the steel test superheater loops a Danish coal-fired power plant and characterising oxide layer with reflective light electron microscopy. Double layered scales formed during oxidation. TEM investigations reveal that inner consists particles metallic Ni/Fe Fe-Cr spinel interior former alloy grains compact Cr 2 O 3 along grain boundaries. morphology suggests grows internal grains. thickness did not change significantly time temperature for exposure times up to 30 000 h. Faster diffusion within fine-grained at higher temperatures is held responsible this observation. This hypothesis supported kinetic data. low high after 58 h than expected.
