摘要: Fe-ZrO2 and Cu-ZrO2 xerogels were prepared by a sol-gel method. The effect of the hydrolysis catalyst during gelation step, namely H2SO4 or NH4OH, on properties resulting materials was investigated XRD, BET, TGA/DTA, TPD ammonia, FTIR, TPR. xerogels, with sulfuric acid introduced as catalyst, mainly crystallyzed in tetragonal phase exhibited larger surface area amount than those obtained NH4OH. Ammonia shows that copper promoted sulfated zirconia is most acidic material. TGA FTIR reveal under oxidizing conditions iron retains more sulfate species unpromoted zirconia. Regardless employed, catalysts calcined at 600°C, contain large fraction oxide specieseasily reduced low temperatures. These are believed to have different environment interactions oxygen vacancies support. A FeO-like appears be probable one after reduction NH4OH catalyst. formation Fe° may hindered high dispersion interaction Fe2+ ions On other hand, peaks exhibit considerable overlap TPR profiles samples. Hence, nature supported latter samples rather uncertain.
