Adherence to Psychotropic Medications and Associated Factors in Primary Health Care

摘要: The study aims were to analyze patients' adherence psychotropic medications and its association with sociodemographic factors, therapeutic regimen, presence of common mental disorders, illness factors. A descriptive cross-sectional was carried out in ten Primary Health Care units Brazil. tools the Measurement Treatment Adherence Test Self Reporting Questionnaire. Nonadherence drugs 88.9%. There between age among patients positive for Common Mental Disorders (97.8%). In multivariate analysis this not maintained. Findings indicate strategies are needed improve medication services. However, no strategy will be effective if their families involved process.
