摘要: Abstract Phenolics and lipids of Arthrospira (Spirulina) platensis are important compounds with attractive properties. The influence two oxidative stress conditions (UV irradiation TiO2 concentration) on the production these added-value was investigated. UV stresses were shown not to final concentration biomass that resulted be 4.83 5.08 g L− 1, respectively. Compared control run, total polyphenol yield decreased by 7.5, 24.1 23.1% after exposure for 3, 6 9 h, respectively, whereas in presence 0.10, 0.25 0.50 g L− 1 such a increased 8.4, 7.0 7.3%, However, treatment 9 h led lipid content increase 29.5%, but reduction FAME fraction (67.3%). While lead substantial decrease fraction. These results whole suggest could usefully exploited microalgae or cyanobacteria different applications bioenergy (e.g. combustion, gasification pyrolysis), while phenolic induced may some interest both pharmaceutical cosmetic sectors.
