摘要: Lolium grasses are widely distributed and used, their economic importance is significant. We report the development of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers that were derived from barley EST data suitable for allele quantification (AQ) via pyrosequencing (PSQ). Polymorphism information content (PIC) values 22 developed ranged between 0.23 0.93 (average PIC value 0.80). The used to characterize a collection 2829 accessions. Eleven SNP could be mapped in perenne VrnA mapping population. This first on fingerprinting comprehensive genebank by alleles. clearly distinguish L. multiflorum will prove as very useful management germplasm collections.
