摘要: Objective:The nutrition of children in kindergartens has a great significance for proper growth and development children. In order to save time money, the control macronutrients content is performed by calculations using food composition tables instead performing chemical analysis. Methods: We examined 240 whole day m eals analysis meals determineadequacyand validity calculation macronutrient contents kindergarten meals. Findings:We established no correlation ( P>0.05)between value proteins, fats carbohydrates. Significant difference was between average proteins (t=2.5 7;P 0.05)(food vs analysis). Conclusion:Until we establish new tables, remains only valid method assessment energy meal kindergarten.
