摘要: Automation is applied in continuously extending fields of application the modern communities. In this respect, sensors are indispensable elements systems for automatic regulation. Besides, use multitudes sensor enables statistical data acquisition from large time and long distance monitoring. Consequently, requirements impose a need elaboration advanced element production. context anodized aluminum oxide (AAO) layers enable relatively simple, scale technology reliable durable elements. The present review devoted to summary basic concepts related on basis aluminum. Furthermore, various examples provided regarding recent research activities field.
