摘要: With recent improvements in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA), remission has become an achievable goal for a large proportion RA patients, and is now defined target current guidelines. However, studies have shown that progression radiographic joint damage may occur clinical remission, regardless choice definition. Sub-clinical inflammation detected by modern imaging techniques such as ultrasonography magnetic resonance present majority patients associated with progressive disease activity flare these patients.
