摘要: The first cases of AIDS were described in 1981 and the virus was initially isolated 1983. Since that time, substantial progress has been made prophylaxis treatment opportunistic infections associated with HIV-related immune deficiency some controlling persistent viral replication which characterizes HIV infection. Unfortunately, no antiretroviral drug or combination drugs yet resulted complete lasting suppression damage depletion system continues. Furthermore, rapid development resistance limits utility even current regimens. While continued new agents without overlapping patterns provides hope progression disease may be controlled ultimately by a multidrug approach, such as successful tuberculosis, this remains hypothesis.
