摘要: In this paper, we propose a general fuzzy inference approach to building model of hazardous road transport that relates given traffic, weather, and vehicle-speed conditions the accident rate. The development is discussed in detail, its validation provided with reference literature data regarding spent nuclear fuel final confinement repository.
