摘要: Purpose Chronic post-surgical pain (CPSP) is a detrimental condition that persists at least two months after surgical procedures and seriously affects patients' quality of life. Although its incidence varies according to operation types definitions, prevalence between 3% 85%. The purpose this study evaluate the CPSP neuropathic in patients undergoing TKA for osteoarthritis. Patients Methods In study, who had undergone total knee arthroplasty (TKA) were examined prospectively observationally. 42 included study. Numeric rate scale (NRS) developing chronic pain, Douleur Neuropathique 4 (DN-4) questionnaire symptoms, von Frey filaments mechanical hyperesthesia alladony. Results NRS scores 1 or higher all patients. Twenty-seven constituted mild group (NRS: 1-4), 15 moderate 4-7). number defined as having "neuropathic pain," DN-4 scores, was 17 (40.4%; ≥ 4). reported greater severity symptoms on average than (p = 0.039). When knees affected by divided into suprapatellar, patellar, infrapatellar regions evaluated with filaments, significant difference found three < 0.05). Conclusion we showed-unlike other studies-that among patients, symptoms. evaluating showed component occurred mostly knee's region. these expected, think CPSP, diagnosis, treatment present an important issue requires further examination.
