摘要: A test method for determining the presence or absence of an antigen antibody analyte in a sample. The sample is first reacted reaction vessel with magnetic carrier particles having immobilized thereon substance which specifically binds to said analyte, thereby forming bound and unbound particles. are then precipitated on flat substantially horizontal inside wall surface magnet provided outside vessel, such that gradient field formed plane perpendicular direction precipitated, precipitation image surface. Finally, determined by shape image. placing distance between opposing gradually increased, effective angle independently vessel. When flat, it very easy stably maintain after its formation.
