摘要: Abstract Metabolic Pathways in the fungi are subject to a high degree of regulation which frequently occurs at level transcription. Expression structural genes within control circuit is achieved by network interactions between metabolic repressors and inducers with both global-acting regulatory factors pathway-specific factors. These sophisticated circuits operate such way allow preferential use certain compounds supply particular metabolite but also enable cells efficiently utilize alternative sources when necessary. Positive-acting proteins as well negative-acting repressor display sequence-specific DNA binding elements promoters. arranged organized arrays multiple controlled responses from single gene. Protein-protein dynamic turnover mRNAs play significant role controlling pathways.
