摘要: Techniques and design principles relevant to the construction operation of a hydrogen maser are presented in detail. These include methods for generation atomic hydrogen, state selection, microwave cavity, production very low magnetic fields, coating storage bulb, tuning maser. A figure merit is introduced which indicates optimum choice parameters.
