摘要: Microglia regulate the secretion of various immunomediators in central nervous system diseases. Microglial autophagy is crucial process for cell's survival and cytokine productions. Recent studies have reported that several microRNAs are involved system. miR-Let7A such a microRNA plays role inflammation responses, magnified as key modulator particularly In present study, we investigated whether activating microglia. Overexpression LPS-stimulated BV2 microglial cells promoted induction related factors LC3II, Beclin1, ATG3. Our results suggest potential microglia during CNS inflammation.
