摘要: Disclosed herein are methods of treating a patient at risk developing or having neurofibromatosis sporadic schwannoma. In exemplary embodiments, the method involves administering to subject in need an effective amount modulator target related neurofibromatosis. Also disclosed screening assays involving implementation Merlin- null Schwann cells, and compounds identified using same.
