摘要: Disclosed are a system and method for regulating flow in an exemplary fluidic device comprising stream carrying transport medium, sample one or more reagents analysis synthesis of reaction products. The rate the is maintained constant by adjusting medium to compensate introduction reagents. An embodiment controls using pump, back pressure regulator, variable-sized orifice. Single multiple channel embodiments disclosed.
