摘要: Novel salts are prepared wherein the cation of salt is a divalent or trivalent which an essential trace element comprising 1:1 ratio complex ion formed between mineral and methionine any suitable anion, either inorganic organic. The novel have generic formula: ##STR1## Wherein R1 methyl ethyl, R2 hydrogen, R3 hydrogen methyl, M covalent cation, X anion w integer to balance anionic charge X. These compounds useful nutritional supplements, both for animals humans, in that they provide readily available source highly water soluble amino acid.
