摘要: Half-metallic Co-based Heusler compounds are attracting attention due to their anticipated use as high-performance materials for spintronics applications, such spin-source or spin-detector. In order these in structural and magnetic properties must be well understood. The important phenomena those are, amongst others, exchange spin–orbit coupling, the latter one giving rise effect anisotropy magneto-optical Kerr effect. this chapter, we present our investigations of stiffness, anisotropy, magnetization reversal, compound thin films. Furthermore, have also investigated modification under He+ Ga+ ion beam irradiation with aim improving tailoring properties.
