摘要: Adipose tissue regeneration is an area of active research and greatly fueled by clinical needs. The reconstruction augmentation missing or diseased soft has a long history rich success. Nonresorbable materials autologous transfer have been established as common practice with good treatment outcomes. Yet recent advances focused on the use biodegradable materials, stem cells, bioactive molecules to regenerate tissues no minimal usage flaps. This chapter will discuss progress in these areas focusing breast tissue, which present particular challenging problem big volume after mastectomy.
