摘要: Extrarenal Wilms tumor (ERWT) is rare, and has been reported sporadically in the literatures. ERWT can arise anywhere from renal bed to testes; locations of ERWTs include retroperitoneum, inguinal canal, endocervix, uterus, epididymis, sigmoid mesocolon. We report F-18 FDG PET/CT imaging findings an arising canal a 9-year-old boy. accumulated metastatic lesions lung mediastinal lymph nodes, as well primary ERWT. After chemotherapy, follow-up showed complete metabolic remission. useful detecting evaluating treatment response.
