摘要: The invention provides a method of sampling M sensors in fiber optic detector array, by determining maximum rate possible, and assigning priority to each sensor. Thereafter, available spots are divided into discrete blocks the sensor highest is assigned slot(s). remaining placed slots order priority, if slot taken, next closest slot. also 1D 2D digital spatial wavelength domain systems including plurality Bragg gratings (FBGs). FBGs may be illuminated broad band light sources, coupled thereto 2×2 couplers. include or dispersion device, optically sensitive solid state means for spatially separating signals at reflected FBGs.
