摘要: Carbon-containing components (1, 2, 5) of cells for the production aluminium (8) by electrolysis alumina dissolved in a cryolite-based molten electrolyte (7) are protected from attack liquid and/or gaseous form elements, ions or compounds, refractory boride coating (9, 10, 11) applied slurry composed pre-formed particulate colloidal carrier which is dried and heated to consolidate coating.
