摘要: Hyperkalemia is a potentially life-threatening electrolyte imbalance that can lead to sudden death from cardiac arrhythmias and asystole. We present case of transient left bundle branch block pattern on an electrocardiogram (ECG) secondary hyperkalemia in patient with history end-stage renal disease. A 52-year-old man presented the emergency room (ER) chief complaints weakness lethargy after missing his regularly scheduled session hemodialysis. 12-lead ECG ER showed sinus tachycardia at 118 beats/min, wide QRS complexes, peaked T waves block-like pattern. The initial basic metabolic panel revealed serum potassium level 8.8 mEq/L. Subsequently, underwent emergent Serum chemistry hemodialysis improvement 4.3 Repeat performed correcting dissolution finding.
