摘要: We report a rare case of thoracic vertebral hemangioma which developed into angiosarcoma during the course repetitive operations and irradiation. A 44 year old female was operated on for first vertebra. The diagnosis confirmed histo-pathologically with specimen from operation. tumor multiple lesions later in clinical after operation, these were removed four consecutive each histologlcai that hemangioma. Throughout period operations, patient treated wtih steroid, radiotherapy simultaneously. underwent fifth operation recurrence 26 March 1990, histopathological not but hemangiosarcoma considered malignant transformation. cells immunohistochemically revealed positive staining UEA-I, Factor-VIII, as showed vascular endothe-lioid nature.
