摘要: An improved servo-driven pulser is disclosed, for use in measurement while drilling applications. In the pulser, a battery powered on-board DC electric motor used to operate servo-valve, which turn adjusts internal tool fluid pressures cause operation of main valve substantially reduce mud flow drill bit, thereby creating positive pressure pulse detectable at surface. De-energizing driving pilot results re-adjustment pressures, causing reopen, terminating pulse.
