摘要: Abstract The α–α′ spinodal decomposition is known to occurr in iron–chromium-based model and industrial alloys during long-term aging at intermediate temperatures. This can be characterized unambiguously by atom probe, its evolution quantified means of various microstructural paramaters directly accessible from concentration profiles. Comparison with the existing theories will briefly examined. has a direct influence on material, used improve magnetic or mechanical properties. Conversely, some properties, such as impact toughness, are greatly degradated this evolution, lead serious problems when, for example, integrity large components affected. For reason, extensive work been carried out understand alloying elements phase separation embrittlement process. Atom probe contributions area presented paper.
