摘要: Recent societal interest in healthful foods has led to the development of functional dairy products that basically provide health benefits addition their fundamental nutrients. Yoghurt being most popular fermented milk product due its healthy image can be an excellent carrier for probiotics. Functional properties yoghurt enhanced with inclusion ingredients such as probiotics and conjugate application prebiotics may advantageous it favors probiotic growth. Nutritional medicinal value honey coupled presence oligosaccharides projected a additive yoghurt.,Attempt been made review literature on biochemical activities cultures honey. Both research papers related published diverse journals under Pub Med Science Direct have considered.
