摘要: Background An increased interest is given to the impact of high fat diet on health worldwide. Abnormalities in lipid metabolism induced by cholesterol (HCD) were reported exacerbate renal diseases via oxidative stress pathways. Rutin and ascorbic acid showed a protective role against stress-mediated diseases. Furthermore, both tissue response damage was found vary according animal gender. Thus, objective this work examine possible gender-related differences effects rutin supplementation nephrotoxicity.
