摘要: Alignment characteristics of nematic liquid crystal (LC) on the surface conjugated semi-conducting polymer blends with a comb-like were studied. Conoscopic polarized optical microscope images show vertical alignment LC blend films regardless ratio. The behavior blended film can be explained by preponderance polymers at surface. mobility values organic thin transistors (OTFT) prepared as an active layer are found to similar those pure film. This result suggests novel route for effectively reducing amount without significant deterioration charge carrier in OTFT device. Since controlled channel employing layer, and performance composition investigated simultaneously.
