摘要: Abstract A Ni–20Cr coating was deposited on a molybdenum substrate by laser cladding. The observation of the microstructure SEM demonstrates that is free cracks and pores, metallurgically bonded to substrate. XRD EDS analysis results show some dilution occurs at coating/substrate interface Mo combines with Ni–20Cr, form Ni–Cr–Mo alloy slight oxidation. oxidation behavior indicates clad can effectively prevent 600 °C in air. oxide scale formed surface air composed NiO, Cr2O3 NiMoO4.
