摘要: The ability to reliably analyze cellular and molecular profiles of normal or diseased tissues is frequently complicated by the inherent heterogeneous nature tissues. Laser Capture Microdissection (LCM) an innovative technique that allows isolation enrichment pure subpopulations cells from under direct microscopic examination. Material obtained LCM can be used for downstream assays including gene microarrays, western blotting, cDNA library generation DNA genotyping. We describe a series protocols cell collection, RNA extraction qPCR expression analysis. Using reagents we helped develop commercially, focus on two approaches: laser cutting capture. Reagent calculations have been pre-determined 10 samples using new PREXCEL-Q assay development project management software.
