摘要: New RFLPs are described for INP10 and interleukin 2. The 55 pairwise genetic linkage relationships these two loci nine additional on the long arm of chromosome 4 (4q) reported. Fifteen new linkages established, data added to four previously reported 4q. Tight 2 (T-cell growth factor), epidermal factor, alcohol dehydrogenase is described. Significant differences were observed between male female recombination rates. rate was estimated be 1.27 times rate. On basis results, order 11 D4S35-GC-(ALB/AFP)-MT2P1-D4S1-INP10-ADH3-( EGF/IL2)-(FBB/FBA/FBG)-MNS. This preliminary can serve as a starting point more detailed multipoint analysis.
