摘要: Phyllanthus niruri L., commonly known in Brazil as 'quebra-pedra', has long been used the treatment of diverse diseases and especially urolithiasis. The therapeutic effects P. are attributed to various compounds present plant, including hydrolysable tannin corilagin. In study, high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC-/PAD) profiles leaves commercial extracts were examined three compounds, found be all samples studied, isolated by open column over C18)silica gel followed preparative HPLC. These identified nuclear magnetic resonance corilagin, rutin ethyl 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoate. Corilagin, which proposed a phytochemical marker for niruri, was employed an external standard development validation rapid efficient qualitative quantitative HPLC assay analyte. method may applied standardization herbs phytomedicines commercialized quebra-pedra.
