摘要: We present the results of time resolved experiments on single crystals YBa{sub 2}Cu{sub 3}O6.3 mounted in Auston switch configuration. At 300K, peak photocurrent is linear pump light intensity at low levels and saturates highest available. Below 200K, increases approximately linearly with levels, but shows an increase to superlinear behavior above approx 5 x 10 15th power photons/sq. cm, indicative onset additional transport mechanism. 50K, transient decrease resistance indicates a photoinduced change resistivity within absorption depth by more than 14 orders magnitude. The conductivity delayed respect absorption; 0.5 ns required for photoexcited system evolve highly conducting state. are discussed terms possibility transition metallic state superconductivity.
