摘要: Research on post-socialist institutions is not short “paradox,” “enigma,” and “dilemma.” It a source of both fascination frustration to Western-educated researchers that abound in social organizational mechanisms seem defy rationality as it understood the West. What logic law Poland aims make educational programs more innovative by means detailed restrictive regulations? (Shaw, 2014).
