摘要: The progressive diversification of T-lymphocytes begins within the thymus gland. Since cell-cell interactions may play a major role in this process, study expression thymic surface markers would aid our understanding differentiation. On murine thymocytes, selective genes coding for cell has been studied with alloantisera [l]. More recently, monoclonal antibodies have made possible glycoproteins on human thymocytes. Thus, as mouse, early and late events differentiation recognized [2]. Although precise function these antigens remains to be determined, it seems plausible that they govern associative recognition among cooperative cells sets. One could therefore surmise inappropriate some playa leukemogensis.
