摘要: Objective The aim of this study was to (1) examine the psychological impact non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) in women with a high-risk (≥1:300) and low-risk (≤1:301) result on combined First Trimester Screening (cFTS); (2) factors influencing anxiety decision-making both risk populations. Method Questionnaires structured interviews were administered low (n = 50) high =63) at time NIPT blood draw (point A) again least one week after receiving their B). Anxiety levels measured these two points using State-Trait Inventory (STAI). Results Both cFTS groups demonstrated similar intrinsic (trait) (36+10 vs. 35+10; p=0.70). High had significantly higher state point A than (42+11 36+11; p<0.01). Both statistically significant reduction (p<0.01), final B (30+11 29+8; P=0.61). Conclusion Women have counterparts. Following result, populations are reduced levels.
