摘要: Abstract With 0.3–0.074 mm vanadium-titanium magnetite powder used as the fluidized medium, overall fluctuation of bed pressure drop and uniformity stability density in secondary air-distribution (SAFB) were experimentally investigated. Compared with conventional (CFB), SAFB demonstrated smaller fluctuations drop, generated more smaller-sized bubbles, had a even density, which indicated stable separation condition. A larger value ( U mb − mf ) indicates region bed, improves applicability bed. To ensure within suitable superficial gas velocity , operating factors height H d weight fraction coarse mixture separating medium α should be adjusted to vary ranges 13–17 mm 80–90%, respectively. optimal operation parameters static s orthogonal array testing technique was adopted design perform experiments 6–25 mm Yiluo coking coal . Finally, ash sulfur contents sample reduced from 38.98% 1.31% 12.26% 0.82% SAFB, The cleaning yield 60.74% obtained at 1.64 g/cm 3 probable error E P 0.05 g/cm Therefore, presents better efficiency than that CFB, favorable application prospect industry.
