摘要: Safety-related applications targeted at Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks (VANETs) use Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) communication, this communication method disseminates safety information to all vehicles within its range. However, V2V is broadcast in nature and error-prone has many constraints during the short contacting time. The solution problem discussed existing literature, which RTB/CTB, beacons, broadcast suppression, polling, etc. But faced after a failed transmission proper re-transmission. We propose re-transmission strategy utilizes medium efficiently increases chance of nodes receiving message. This involves round trip time (RTT) based forwarder selection, used messages. polling scheme as message strategy.
