摘要: In order to simulate the usage of brackish irrigation water in greenhouse tomato (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill, cv. Daniela) culture perlite, plants were supplied with nutrient solutions containing 0, 20, 40, and 60 mM NaCl. The three highest salinity treatments applied at different plant growth stages, during early vegetative [16 days after transplanting, (DAT)], beginning flowering (36 DAT), starting fruit development (66 DAT). Salt tolerance increased when application was delayed. Salinity significantly decreased size number marketable fruits, but quality by increasing total soluble solids sugar content. Leaf calcium potassium concentrations levels. This compensated for accumulation sodium. Anion chloride concentration. These results indicate that it is feasible use growing minimum yield losses if salt concentration duration exposure are carefully monitored.
