摘要: The effect of halothane anaesthesia on paracetamol elimination was studied in 6 male patients undergoing short surgical procedures. Seven males operated for the same indications under epidural served as control group. Paracetamol concentration saliva measured at intervals day before and after surgery. t1/2 significantly decreased from 2.1 to 0.96 h clearance rate (CL) increased 8.7 17.0 ml min−1kg−1, when compared with preoperative values. group also showed a significant but smaller alteration parameters. results suggest that per se may enhance hepatic metabolism paracetamol.
