摘要: We have reported the rapid incorporation of labeled amino acids into the proteins rabbit reticulocytes in vitro and stimulation this process by certain acids, iron, fructose-amino glucose, some, as yet, unidentified material filtrate boiled plasma. The incorporation was measured mixture total reticulocytes (1, 2). In study here two protein fractions were isolated, hemoglobin, which comprises more than 75 per cent total, water-insoluble proteins. hemoglobin was fractionated into heme globin. Experiments carried out with four C^(14)-labeled with different stimulators to ascertain whether synthesis acid incorporation went parallel or not.
