摘要: Using two reciprocal translocations between chromosomes X and IV in S. coprophila it has been possible to derive kinds of aneuploid females. Both the complements are detrimental — one is lethal, other may give rise viable, fertile adults. Males with somatic have not obtained; three different were tested but gave negative results. euploid soma germ line produced separate instances; they viable fertile.
