摘要: Glucocorticosteroids, in similarity to all other active steroid hormones, exert their biological effect uia a soluble receptor protein the target cell. Twenty years ago Jensen and Jacobson first demonstrated specific binding of [3H]-estradiol by rat uterus, organ for estrogens 111. Since then, great deal information has been obtained with regard mechanism action hormones. A model particdar gluco~o~icosteroids is shown Fig. 1. There are separate proteins androgens, estrogens, glucocorticosteroids, mineralocorticosteroids, gestagens vitamin D, respectively. The steroid, this case glucocorticosteroid, passes through cell membrane cell, presumably passive diffusion, into cytoplasm. Here binds complex then translocated nucleus where it interacts DNA. Before nuclear translocation or interaction DNA can take place vitro, GR* must be “activated”. “Activation” achieved incubating at 20” incubation 0” presence 0.12 M NaCl RCI. Activation probably incurs conformational change presum-
